This is a personal goal that I have set for myself. I always thought I was a fitness freak. It turns out I was never as ‘freaky’ as I thought I was! I’ve challenged myself to make a fitness routine and eating plan and stick to it. It’s easy to go off track and lose motivation along the way and so I’ve found ways to keep myself motivated and just get stronger. Mentally. Physically. Emotionally and Spiritually.
